Its rubber underside grips the floor and the jute fabric/rubber mix on top offers superb traction – even in a heavy sweat. It is a highly durable, tactile, and pleasantly natural surface to practice on. The mat combines a cloth surface and sticky mat in one and might remind you of walking barefoot on the earth.

This Eco Yoga Mat is suitable for all levels. Unlike most mats, this one has a jute fabric/rubber mix on its top side (the mat is non-reversible), increasing traction and adding stability, while the rubber underside provides excellent grip to the surface. The price is lower than other premium mats mainly due to slightly smaller size, as most premium mats are huge. This mat is difficult to find in stores, as it is manufactured in limited quantities.

Excellent choice for a yoga mat. No toxic smells emanating from this mat and provides a secure hold to the floor during my Heated Power Yoga Class. Great price.
