The mat is made of 100%, latex-free rubber, with an elegant, comfortable surface that provides a gentle cushion for bones, joints, and pressure points. The light-tack, non-slip material also keeps your feet and hands secure during tricky exercises, so you can perform downward dog with confidence. And thanks to the spring grass color and fashionable silhouette print, it’s easy to identify this mat when mixed with others. Imported from Taiwan, the Flower Power mat measures 24 by 68 by 0.25 inches.

Yoga Mat Review

★★★★☆

This mat is 68″x24″ – a bit short for some people, but it’s 1/8″ thick. It is made from natural rubber, and has pretty flowers printed on one side. This is a great intermediate mat, with good thickness, though it smells like tires for the first week. We recommend this mat because it features premium quality natural rubber that is a heavy and durable, but costly material. This Gaiam yoga mat also features a unique design that is actually very attractive and vibrant, very few yoga mats are as well designed visually as Gaiam mats.

This is a great yoga mat – it’s thick and supportive (but not mushy)and it does not slip or bunch up. I don’t feel the cold of my hard wood floor at all and the nice color and print has inspired me to use it regularly since I’ve had it for a month.

This yoga mat looks great, and is thick enough to be comfortable enough to kneel on hardwood floors but I found the surface to be too slick. As soon as my hands or feet became slightly moist, I found it very difficult to hold poses.

Great site, Im pleased with this mat but as mentioned can be quite slippery when wet.
