Hi, Thanks in advance for your help. I have gone throuh a few cheap mats. Although I liked them, I am now looking to invest in a better mat… I am 6’2″, 240 lbs. So, I’m looking for a long, fairly wide mat, with decent cushioning… Also, I will have to roll it up after every session. What do you suggest?

I would suggest the BlackMat Pro by Manduka – it’s wide, long and will provide all the cushioning you need. It’s fairly bulky, so you’d need a large yoga mat bag to carry it around. I’m sorry but there aren’t that many alternatives for your people of your physique.

Hi there,
I’m looking for a organic cotton yoga mat for my mother to give her some nice cushion for restorative yoga poses. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance for your help!
So what ARE the dimensions of the jute/natural rubber yoga mat? Just says it’s smaller than average. Also, what kind of gklue was used to bind the jute & natural rubber? Thanks!
I just discovered your site, it’s great! I make a stylish lightweight cotton towel used for hot yoga. The towels are 100% Turkish cotton and have playful and positive sayings woven in a Jacquard weave on the towel. Because they are cotton, they can also be used at home after a shower or at the fancy pool at a luxury hotel. They also use an organic anti-microbial to protect from smells, mold and mildew. My towel is most popular with practices like Bikram’s and Moksha.
I made this company because I disliked all the microfiber towels on the market. Microfiber is essentially polyester. Microfiber towels feel gross on the skin and the material never breaks down, if it is incinerated it becomes toxic to the atmosphere. They also get stinky very quickly. Cotton is the most ecologically friendly natural fiber.
Anyways, I would love some exposure on my product, although my product is not yet available on Amazon, people can purchase it directly from my website. Testimonials, where to buy and press material can be found on there. Let me know if I can be added to your site!
