This is a rather unusual yoga mat made of environmentally-friendlier Durafoam, a new material that is very durable, yet lightweight. The performance characteristics of this mat are well above average, it even includes an integrated strap (not found on any other mats worth mentioning). This yoga mat is very interesting alternative to conventional PVC mats. We’ve tried practicing on the Harbinger yoga mat and were very impressed.

The mat was exactly as advertised. It is comfortable to lie on for exercises that require that position. It is firm and springy for standing exercises.

It’s a mat. It keeps my knees from hurting when I’m doing P90x. So it does what I bought it for really good. The price was good. So match made in heaven.

I’m really impressed by the thickness of the mat and how it cushions me when I’m doing floor exercises. The other mats are too thin for me to get a decent ab workout. It did smell for the first few days but it wasn’t too offensive.

I was hesitant with the many reviews mentioning the strong smell, but I gave it a try. The one I received has no noticable smell to it at all, is very sturdy, and the velcro straps make it super easy to roll up and store after every use.

I am happy with my purchase. The mat is comfortable to use. I don’t smell a strong odor like some other reviews had said. The ends do curl a bit, but not a whole lot. Overall, I do not regret my purchase.

This product is perfect. The length and width are perfect, durability seems great. Shipping 5 out of 5, did standard shipping 3-5 days got it in 2. My other product from a different company hasn’t even shipped yet bought on the same day.

I bought this mat for my Yoga class. I’ve found it quite usable for that purpose. It’s easy to unfurl and easy to roll up. It has its own velcro straps. The only annoying thing I’ve found is that curls slightly on the back end, but always straightens out when I lay it flat. I injured my knee in an accident along the way, and the extra padding with this mat has allowed me to continue doing Yoga. That has been a big plus. I noticed after a year there was a slight slippage in the mat when I was doing lunge positions. Also, I found that it was difficult to do balance positions, because of the extra thickness. As such, I usually just step off the mat for the balance poses. On the whole, I’d give this mat a 5 star rating. Comfortable, durable, easy to use.

This product was great for my needs of pilates exercises. I am a tall woman and it was great in length and provided excellent cushion for my tailbone. The mat is easy to store and keep clean!

This mat is HUGE — I love it! Great, comfortable material that is very durable. Thanks to the velcro straps, this product STAYS ROLLED when you’re not using it. It’s big when you need it to be, but rolls up perfectly to take up little space when storing. Great product!

This mat is made of a very thick foam, is extremely soft, and very durable. It’s exactly what I needed for sit up, crunches, and other floor exercises. It rolls up for easy storage, but this does leave a curl at the bottom of it. I would definitely recommend this mat for intense workouts.

I have wood floors so I needed something both soft and firm and this fits the bill. Can’t give any advice on it’s longevity I’ve had it for about two months and it seems to be holding up well under daily use.

The size is just right and the cushioning is very comfortable.

whoa!!! what a difference!!! I was using a regular yoga mat for 3 years for my pilates class and i can really tell that this cushiony mat which is the Harbinger 340100 Durafoam Exercises Mat does the job of giving me the right cushion for my elbows and my back. I agree with the other readers about the odor (rubbery odor) it does linger but didn’t really affect how I work out. Anyway, it is a good buy and it is highly recommended for people who does Pilates mat exercise.

I take a Pilates/conditioning class and I bought the mat to have one of my own instead of using a ‘community gym’ one. I love the way that it never slips when doing any sort of workout and the feeling of it is just wonderful!! I highly suggest you try this mat–it even comes with it’s own velcro straps–others make you buy them.

I am use to doing abs work and pilates on the carpet, but my carpeting did not have enough padding so I decided to order an exercise mat. I a very please with my order. I noticed the difference right away. The cushioning it gives my lower back is awesome.

I wife has several different workout mats, however is only uses this one. This mat is thicker and more comfortable than any other mats on the market. You will get a better workout experience with this mat.

This is a very nice exercise mat. It is thick and soft foam that seems like it will hold up well. The built in velcro and straps make it easy to put away neatly. I use it to do pushups, situps, etc. and it really makes it more enjoyable than it was with my old exercise mat (which was really intended for yoga and was kind of thin).
