This mat does not contain phthalates, dioxins and furans, phenal, or heavy metals and has an ecologically safer method of production. This mat is not very thick – 1/4″, 72″ in length and comes in over 10 different colors. It does have a latex smell when first purchased, but it should wear off after a few weeks of use. You could wash the mat to reduce the smell or have it air out for a significant amount of time. Cheap, eco-friendly and almost disposable. Very nice.
